My Philosophy
Welcome to my practice! I believe that everyone deserves to feel whole, vibrant and worthy. This starts with destigmatizing mental health, as well as educating our communities about the many ways to obtain and use resources, from our national well-being down to the individual's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I believe that psychotherapy and crisis resources should be accessible, approachable, and unencumbered by insurance and governing bodies. In addition to my private practice where I provide individual and group psychotherapy, I seek to form partnerships with the community to provide classes and connect to the public, free of charge or low fee. This is made possible with grants and business funding, donors, and forward thinkers.

You are not alone on this earth, even if it feels that way. Allow me to connect you to your inner spirit, your environment, and your people (chosen or not chosen) so that you can thrive in this world.
